As a young child, I always nurtured the dream of establishing my own business. However, I had a strong desire to create something truly unique and exceptional. To prepare myself for the challenges that lay ahead, I made a conscious effort to be kind and contribute to my community whenever possible.
As I grew older, I began to face the reality of the lack of quality customer service prevalent in many industries. It became evident to me that there was an opportunity to create something that would truly stand out in this aspect. Additionally, I noticed that most businesses failed to provide services with the level of expertise and perfectionism that I believed was necessary.
With a deep understanding of the importance of providing the ultimate customer experience, coupled with the utmost expertise, I embarked on a journey to find the right industry for me. I explored various job opportunities in education, construction, real estate, warehousing, and supermarkets. However, none of them felt like the hidden gem I was searching for.
Finally, my search led me to the e-commerce industry, where I started as a warehouse manager and gradually transitioned to Amazon account management and more. It was during this time that I worked closely with an Amazon seller and became acutely aware of the issues with current reimbursement service providers. They were failing to maximize reimbursements and missing out on numerous opportunities to capitalize on.
Motivated by this realization, I decided to take matters into my own hands and focus on reimbursements. Although it was a time-consuming and energy-draining process, dealing with Amazon and spending hours on the phone with seller support, I managed to achieve remarkable results. In a single calendar year, I successfully secured around $2 million in reimbursements, equivalent to 10.35% of the annual sales.

- I always wanted to find something unique and standing out and prepared myself to the fight by working to be kind and give back to the community whenever possible.
- I faced reality seeing the lack of customer service provided in many industries and found that it will not be so hard to found something that stands out in that aspect as well as the fact that most business do not provide services with an expert’s perfectionism.

- Education, construction, real estate, warehousing, and supermarket but didn’t find what I was looking for I still have my hidden gem waiting for me.
- I finally found that gem when I entered the E-commerce industry starting from warehouse manager to amazon account management and more.
