The BZnav story
- As a young child always had the dream that one day will found my own business.
- I always wanted to find something unique and standing out and prepared myself to the fight by working to be kind and give back to the community whenever possible.
- I faced reality seeing the lack of customer service provided in many industries and found that it will not be so hard to found something that stands out in that aspect as well as the fact that most business do not provide services with an expert’s perfectionism.
- I knew I needed to provide the ultimate customer experience with the utmost expertise possible but what industry would be right for me.
- Education, construction, real estate, warehousing, and supermarket but didn’t find what I was looking for I still have my hidden gem waiting for me.
- I finally found that gem when I entered the E-commerce industry starting from warehouse manager to amazon account management and more.
- Worked for an amazon seller managing his account and noticed the issues with current reimbursement service providers not maximizing reimbursements and missing out many opportunities to cash in.
- That’s when i started to focus on the reimbursements on my own. Although it was time consuming and energy draining dealing with amazon, sometimes wasting hours on the phone with seller support accomplished what i was working on managing to secure in a single calendar year around 2 million dollars in reimbursements the equivalent of %10.35 of the annual sales
- I started doing some research working with experienced amazon sellers to figure out what exactly is currently missing in the current reimbursement experience.
- I learned the problem is lot bigger than knew till they all experienced the lack of customer service resulting in reimbursement opportunities missed, cases declined and policy violations.
- So that is when I asked my friend who has over a decade of selling experience allow me access to his seller central account so I can perform an audit. We were surprised to find how a few missing inbound cases were declined or shipments never claimed.
- Now back to my dream to create a business with a focus on customer experience and expertise. I took some time to write down and review my vision for the ultimate reimbursement experience with the following bullet points.
